Throughout this course I have learned A LOT on new content that has already been helpful with in current profession. As an office manager the topics that have applied to me are motivational techniques, path-goal theory, and communication. We are currently having conflict within my office between dental assistants. One dental assistant recently returned from maternity leave, and has brought back negative energy to the office.
